The hotel's location is top and the staff are competent.

The location was relatively quiet and best possible, close to Monti. Units with a patio. The service offered was very efficient.

The location was excellent with reasonable walking to nearly everything in Rome. It was also very near a metro station (within 2 minute walk). The staff was helpful. It is absolutely soundproof.

I would like to have an iron and board in the room.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very good location. We walked to it from the Termini on arrival into Rome, less that 15 minute walk. Also very near to the Colesseum. Staff were very helpful.

Front desk staff were always very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating to my sister and myself. Daily room service was quick and efficient; ample towels, toiletries, etc., provided. Breakfast facilities very nice, better than average breakfast, and attentive staff. No problems here.

The pictures and rating within the website over exaggereate the quality of the hotel. For a '4 star' hotel it was very basic, the room was very small, even though I was told its the biggest they have, and the selection of breakfast along with facilities were very limited. Overall the price of the stay was accessive for the facilities you have available throughout your stay, I was lucky I was only staying for three nights. However the staff were friendly

The hotel was situated only a few minutes walk away from the colleseum and ancient Rome. The metro station is at the end of the street and 1 stop from central (Termini) station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also lots of places to eat nearby.

We were upgraded from the annex to the main building so can't comment on the annex. A very simple but good quality breakfast served each morning. The decor and furnishings very tasteful, comfortable bed. The location is terrific, and the local restaurants seemed like they were there for the locals not just tourists.

The hotel is small and compact as was the room. The room lacked natural light, and the shower was a bit on the small side, but manageable.

The location's a winner, surrounded by tasty food options and shops. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was a bit snug, which could get cramped, and breakfast was alright, but the bacon was too salty for my taste.

Great location minutes from the colloseum, 30 second walk from metro stop, surrounded by busy shops, bars and restuarants, Staff were extremely helpful and gave great advice on places to go, breakfast good, rooms large and very clean. Free maps and books. Laptop available. Overall great hotel and will definetly go back.
